The Beardstown Chamber of Commerce and Myers and Myers, CPAs will once again be teaming up to provide the FREE Tax Assistance Program to Beardstown residents. The dates available for this service are February 9th, February 23th, and March 9th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eligibility requirements are as follows; total income must not exceed $25,000 unless 60 years or older (social security does not apply), the individual must occupy a Beardstown address, individuals must not own rental property or be engaged in self-employment activities.
