Debra Lewis Appraisals has been serving the West Central Illinois area since 1987 with real estate appraisals for farmland, residential, and commercial properties. Debra is an Illinois State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Lucy (Lewis) Yost, daughter and appraiser in training, has been licensed as an Appraiser Trainee since November, 2013. Together, they serve the banks, attorneys, and the people of West Central Illinois for all of their real estate appraisal needs. They are members of the ICAP, Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals.
