Cass County Health Department

The Cass County Health Department provides a wide variety of services to the public of Cass County, including WIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children), family case management, childhood and adult immunizations, tobacco prevention and control, health education, access to health and dental care, services related to chronic diseases such as diabetes or asthma, early cancer detection, and much more. They also offer several “non-traditional” public health services, including a Medicare-certified a hospice program.

The Cass County Health Department (CCHD) is committed to the philosophy that each individual human being has the basic right to expect and secure prevention information and public health services that are necessary to promote and sustain their optimal physical, psychological and spiritual well being.
